Our main focus is to provide exceptional services in such a manner that whosoever takes our packages and deals feels complete satisfaction.
The following terms and conditions are therefore guided towards our ability to explain our Company and what we provide. In addition, this information will help you know everything beforehand about how to plan your trip, journey, voyage, adventure and tour in the best way possible with our awesome services.
If there is such a condition where you have to opt for cancellations your current booking then we will simply do it.
Your payment should be 50% advance of the total invoice or any other services asked for. This payment is necessary as it will help us to confirm your booking. The remaining amount should be paid before the beginning of your trip/tour. There are some exceptions in case of special events or high peak tourist season time. In this case, we will be taking the complete payment in advance.
We have accepted payment through various methods which will help you in booking easily for the trip/tour. You can opt for Credit Card which comes with our secured online payment gateway system, Direct Bank Transfer, Cash Payment to our agent/office by Demand Draft / Cheque. This payment should be free from any sort of withholding tax and deduction. In addition to any type of bank charges.
The refund scenario is similar and is on the basis of the cancellation policy aforementioned. The refunding process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to the banking procedures. Bank charges would also be debited from the refund amount if you have made the payment through credit card account or to a bank account.
